Job Description:

• Plan the implementation activities w.r.t. civil works for given roll out of sites as per target in the circle.
• Supervise the civil work for the foundation of tower, shelter and D.G. & Tower Erection & Shelter Erection.
• Installation & Commissioning of Electrical panel/racks.
• Prepare & update risk analysis for Construction Works (CW) in Project.
• Co-ordinate with site acquisition & site design team for development of model sites & site design to ensure all local issues are considered .
• Prepare CW RFQ and content including needed specification for use.
• Ensure proper CW documents in customer and partner/subcontractor agreements.
• Interface for CW contractors/partners. Participates in progress meetings & provides CW reports.
• Co-ordinate works with other service line projects. Ensure CW activities meet projects requirements.
• Check file system & audit content of document system to make sure all documents prepared properly for site hand over.
• Set up document control process & then ensure proper use in project document.
